I just started this fast. It’s 8 pm. Kind of impromptu. I’ve been eating too much junk for the last week, and want to get back on track.
I’m saying 3 days, but what it ends up being, only time will tell. I’m guessing at least 84 hours.
The worst part is starting a fast with lots of carbs in my system. I’m going to feel so hungry for the first day, and I won’t be finishing the gallon of milk I have opened.
The best thing I can do is have only coffee and water. Nothing else. No tea or artificial sweeteners.
If I drink a diet soda, or have an electrolyte drink that will kick off hunger pains that won’t want to go away, this is going to be hard enough. I’ll add some salt and fulvic/humic acid to my water a couple of times a day.
I shall come here and write poor me I feel so sick posts to keep me motivated, lol.
