One of my favorite bodybuilders died in his sleep last night, he was only 49 years old.

We don’t know the date of our appointment with death, it was set before we were born.

Spend each day wisely knowing it could be the last.

I hope people realize that each person has a right to their lives, and how they choose to live it. That no one has the right to step in and destroy their peace and safety because of their lack and need.

This death brings me encouragement to step up my game and live my life to an even fuller degree. There will always be people afraid to live theirs and try and make you afraid to live yours as well.

Rest in peace, I hope you were a Christian for real and not only in name. You sure acted like the real deal.
