I had plans and now I have new plans.
I was going to do at least a 48 hour fast, but if I did then I wouldn’t work out tomorrow. I really want to work out tomorrow, and I was kind of hungry so I broke my fast.
I ate everything in one meal about 700 calories. I said I wasn’t going to track calories, I was curious.
I’m eating low carb, mostly carnivore so sometimes that makes for weird food combinations.
Yes, I had milk kefir, collagen, and cheese. Don’t let the carnivore police get me.
It’s a gray rock diet anything goes, but usually, it’s the carbs that go.
Or is it grayrock diet?
I started to use a scoop or two of collagen every day starting in December 2020 to see what would happen. I notice thicker hair and that’s about it. I eat a lot from other protein sources, this is more of a boost.
Sometimes I have whey protein, I make it into a shake and sometimes freeze it into popsicles. Other than that my protein is animals, eggs, milk, cheese, and things of that nature.
I wonder what vegans do for collagen, it’s the glue that holds you together. You can only get it from animal sources. It’s the most abundant protein in the body too. Those poor vegans are falling apart.
