What I ate today. I guess it’s not officially carnivore because I add collagen peptides to my kefir milk, and I had a quest bar but whatever you want to call it that’s fine with me. I like to call it a grayrock diet, that way no one can judge what I eat. I’m losing as much weight as I can in the month of June.
I eat mostly carnivore with a little of this and that.
Dinner was a Chocolate Chip Quest Bar. This is the 2nd one I’ve had in about 10 years. I think I’ll toss them in my diet once in a while. It was 90 degrees and I fast for 18-20 hours a day and didn’t feel like making anything. Send me to the gulags.
I wish those were my actual calories burned. I’m sure the actual amount is several hundred calories less.
I’m trying to stay between 1000 and 1200 calories, and I’ll probably fast for 48-86 hours or so once or twice this month.
