These are currently my favorite fitness “influencers” on youtube. I’m listing them using their latest video.
If I can’t figure out how to lift weights listening to these guys, then there’s no hope.
The first one is Jason Gallant at Natural Gallant Bodybuilding. This is my favorite. His method of protecting the joints has helped me to increase the effectiveness of my lifts without the extra wear and tear. I love his sense of humor.
Jonni Shreve. I love this guy’s sense of humor. I don’t think I’ve watched a video where I didn’t laugh and learn something at the same time.
Steve Shaw is all about hard work. More effort, bigger payoff.

Greg Doucette, a nice guy who is burnt out on the morons. These guys who lift for a living are tired of all the bad hype out there and try and put out good no-nonsense information. Oh, and buy his cookbook, lol.

I’d list women, but I can’t find any that are helpful. Most just want to stick their butt in your face and do stupid worthless exercises. Can’t stand to look at it. If you know of anyone who is worth a shit, let me know.
