Wanted to get my before photos, or beginning of getting a 6 pack challenge documented somewhere.
I made this little video to give me an idea of what I look like now.
This is me at 122lb on June 1st. I actually started it on Sunday, May 30th, because it’s easy to keep weekly track beginning my weeks on Sunday, and I weighed a whopping 124.4lbs.
My goal for this month was to do carnivore, but I would rather do keto minus pretty much all the vegetables. I can eat a chaffle with a little maple syrup or something, I can’t on carnivore. Maybe I’ll do a full month, no cheating on carnivore another time, maybe never.
I weighed in at 121 lbs this morning. I’ll post my weight on Sundays. I’m going to guess I’ll be about 119 this coming Sunday. If I lose 2 lbs a week I’ll be 111 lbs on the 4th of July. I’ll make that my last day of the challenge and post more photos, hopefully I can do a better job than I did in this video photo fiasco.
That would make a total weight loss of 13.4 lbs. That would be so awesome. If I don’t have a 6 pack at that weight I’m going for another month, and I guess my weight being so low my slower progress at that point would make it about 105 lbs. I don’t want to lose too much muscle, there wouldn’t be a 6 pack because there wouldn’t be any abs.
I don’t know why, but posting here and making these stupid videos is fun. It would be cool if someone actually started a challenge of their own too, because of it.
It seems society at the moment is hell-bent on being sick and unhealthy. I have no idea why. It’s like people have given up, or given in, no matter what someone else does it has no bearing on who I am and what I do. But watching people succeed at challenging themselves motivates me to challenge myself as well.
