I’m using the Fitbod App for my workouts for this year.
I’m starting fairly light and building upon it since these workouts are so different than the ones I’m used to.
I’ve been using it for about 6 weeks now. I like how I can link it to my Fitbit because I like to take walks every day.
I like that I can share my workout as an image instead of having to write it all out.
I like that I can come back to this date and easily see what my workout was.
I like how I get some ab and lower back or rather some core exercises at the end of every workout.
I’m going to be upping my weight a bit when I get a max effort day. I have more endurance than I have strength.
