Today was another good day. I have a lot of sore muscles. I don’t know what it is, but having sore muscles make me very happy.
I did a very bicep-heavy workout. Lots of reps today. I think I’m going to have some sore arm muscles for a few days. It’s always the sorest on the 2nd day, then the day after that it’s all gone and I’m ready to go.’
I switched out the plank for the Russian twist. I don’t think I’ll be doing any planks or bridges for a month or so. I hate them, so I’m going to try alternatives for a bit and then go back and see if I can stand to do them, lol.
I don’t work out tomorrow.
I rode the bike around my neighborhood, about 1.5 miles. I haven’t ridden a bike in a while. It was a nice break from walking. I did manage to get in my 10,000 steps today. I’ve backed off of doing the 10k step-a-day personal challenge for a couple of weeks. Not sure when I’m going to do that again.
Maybe I’ll do a 5 mile a day bike challenge or something like that instead.
Not much going on with the workouts just need to keep going.
