Had a good day today.
I did a push workout using the Fitbod App. I like the variety. I even do most of the exercises I hate. I switch out the ones I think will injure me like the superman thing. I hate doing planks or bridges. I’m not sure the difference between a side plank and a side bridge if there is one. I’ll look that up.
I decided to video my workout. I think I’ll keep doing that, I can see some form mistakes that I can work to correct. I need more light. I actually didn’t bother to flip the switch, doesn’t seem to matter anyway.
I spent a few minutes editing it, kind of fun.
I think I will start making some modifications to my workout weight. I can do a lot of reps, but I don’t have the strength to back it up. It’s just the way I’ve trained in the past so as to prevent as much wear and tear on my joints, tendons, and ligaments as possible.
I want to be stronger, but don’t want an injury. A little tendon strain will take weeks to heal, but a sore muscle is good to go in a couple of days, no matter what I do to it.
Tomorrow is a pull day. I like that it’s all set up and ready to go waiting on me.
