This is my first post on this blog.
I started this blog to keep track of my health. My diet, sleep, stress, exercise routine. Things of this nature.
For information to improve my health, I’m using what I can find in books and the internet.
I’m on my own. No blood tests, or other people to talk to. Only online influencers, off the wall obscure websites. Whatever I can find that looks interesting. They have to use basic elemental ingredients, no weird roots. No magic potions of who knows what. Frog tails and bat wings I’m sure.
No chemicals. Thinking of which I need to decrease my usage of synthetic vitamins
I’ve found that using higher doses of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes fixes most of my health issues.
Half the battle is trying to figure out exactly what’s wrong. I have to self diagnose and hope I’m at least on the right track.
