I planned to spend the whole month doing only the carnivore diet. I was doing pretty good and then had some over the top stressors and have had a less than stellar last few days.
I plan to get right on the bandwagon tomorrow and start writing in this blog to hold myself accountable. It’s so easy to toss a plan aside. One day turns into two and pretty soon I’m back to old habits.
I have a decent routine for weight lifting. I haven’t been recording my workouts this month. Wanted to relax and enjoy it, put my worries into something else.
Today I was doing really well and reacted with a lot of anxiety to a stressor. I figure a little ice cream and chocolate for my pity party treat was better than some of the alternatives, and now I feel better and am totally motivated to make it the rest of this month and all of next on a carnivore dominant diet.
The only thing different is I think I’ll be adding some fermented foods, and maybe some sprouts. I want to make small changes and then gauge how that impacts my health.
Having even a little junk food can set me back several days, so I really want to minimize that as much as possible.
I think I’m going to have fun on this blog this year. I still don’t have it set up, kind of playing around for now. I will change out the photos and categories later.
