So my May health challenge to stop sugar and thc, resulted in no more thc. I feel really good about that. I quit constantly so that’s not a big deal, it’s staying quit when I go a long time without sleep. I decided that there is no such thing as thc, so I’ll find another way to get to sleep or whatever I thought thc did for me.
When I quit smoking cigarettes, I decided that they didn’t exist for me, and that I would never touch one again, it’s been about 20 years. Quitting thc is super easy in comparison.
I did pretty good with no sugar, mostly I fasted about 18 hours everyday.
Now, for my June challenge.
This month I’m going to see how much weight I can lose using a high fat/protein, mostly carnivore diet.
I have a new app called Fitbod which makes working out way more fun.
Starting tomorrow, Sunday May 30th until June 3rd is my challenge dates.
- Weigh everyday.
- Intermittent fast no less than 18 hours a day.
- Eat mostly carnivore
- Exercise- 2 on 1 off – doing a push/pull/leg routine
- Sauna on my days off for 40-50 minutes
- No sugar
- Very limited substitute sugar such as monk fruit, stevia, etc.
- Track daily biometrics as much as I’m able, glucose, ketones, weight, hrv, hr, etc.
That’s a pretty good list to get me started.
I’m going to post my workouts, diet, and biometrics to help keep me motivated and on track. I might start a youtube channel for accountability.
My goal in my life is to be the best person I can be. I’m not a sell out to weakness.
