I’m currently using the Fitbod App for my workouts. I started using it 2 weeks ago, and so far I really like it. I’m doing a lot of exercises I don’t normally do. Breaking out of routine helps with motivation, it also gives me some horrendous sore muscles, lol. Loving it!!
Today was a leg workout. I’m doing a push/pull/legs routine, 2 days on and 1 day off. On my days not working out I’m using an infrared sauna for 40-50 minutes at around 135 degrees.
That about sums up my exercise plan. I like not knowing what I’m going to do next workout. I can look ahead and get an idea, replace exercises if need be.
I excluded all of the superman exercises, no reason to stress the lower back if I don’t need to, who would need to, let’s ban superman.
Here was today’s workout. I expect the workouts to change a lot over the next few weeks as the AI calculates what I’m capable of. Tomorrow is a Push workout.

Romanian Deadlift
- 6 x 45 lb
- 5 sets of 3 x 70 Lbs
Back Squat
- 10 x 45 lbs
- 5 sets of 8 reps x 75 lbs
Barbell Step Up
- 3 sets of 6 reps x 45 lbs
Kneeling Squat
- 7 reps
- 10 reps
- I gave up because of a foot cramp, I think I’ll replace it with something else when it comes up again.
Cable Hip Adduction
- 4 sets of 8 x 15 lbs
Oblique Crunch
- 5 sets of 9 reps
Stiff-Legged Barbell Good Morning
- 3 sets of 15 reps x 20 lbs
