I need to stop going on diets so I can stop having pre-diets.
When you know you can’t have any chocolate for a month you make a point to eat a ton of chocolate, drink a lot, eat a bunch of carbs or whatever you can find. It’s like a feeding frenzy going on around here.
I just finished having a t-bone which is actually part of my real diet. I pre-dieted by having a beer with it. I’m kind of hoping that I’m super heavy for my weigh-in tomorrow morning. It’ll look like I actually lost weight when I lose this extra bit of water from the carbs.
Are you ready to see how much weight I can lose in a month? Are you going to see how much weight you can lose in a month too? Just eat items such as eggs, bacon, steak, fish, and cheese, for 2 or 3 meals in a day, and then repeat daily.
Make sure to give yourself a break in between meals. Don’t eat them all at once, unless you are only eating one meal, called OMAD. Which believe it or not stands for One Meal A Day, genius! Some people have 2MAD, wait for it, that’s right 2 Meals A Day.
I like to break my fast with homemade kefir milk, and for the last 6 months, I’ve been mixing in 10-20 mg of collagen powder. I’m curious to know if it makes a difference. What I do notice is my hair feels thicker. I don’t seem to be any worse for it, so I’m going to keep doing it for the entire year and then reevaluate and see if I want to continue for another year, so far looks like I will.
Then for lunch around 1-3 pm I have my main meal after I workout, which is a steak or something that is really filling. Maybe 3 eggs and 4-5 slices of bacon, or a couple of brats. And then right before I start my next 18 hour fast I have a big protein shake, or something that might be left over. Some fish, like a whole can of tuna with a little mayonnaise. I don’t make very good mayonnaise, so I do the yucky store bought. It’s yucky because it’s made with soy. That’s a big no-no for this kind of diet.
I’m going to have another beer or two and eat some more chips or cheez-its and fatten up for my weigh-in. I still have about 4 hours left to eat junk today before my weight loss challenge starts. The more weight I start with the more I’ll lose and it’ll sound better a month from now, am I right? I’m right!
