I haven’t put up a push workout in a while.
The push workout works the chest and triceps. Today’s workout had a lot of shoulder exercises in it. I liked that.
The Fitbod App works off an algorithm so it generates an exercise when your muscle is recovered, or mostly recovered.
Tomorrow will be a pull workout, then I take a day of rest, then a leg.
I did make a video. I added that I’m an old lady in the title to see if it gets a hit. There don’t seem to be very many older women lifting weights. I guess this is a market that is wide open then.
