I failed. It wasn’t all bad. I could have done a lot worse.
I fasted twice. One for 72 hours at the beginning of the month and another 42 hour fast halfway into the month.
I would like to stick to a strict fasting schedule.
Will work harder on eating carnivore for the month of February. I want to do this for the whole year. I’m adding in some fermenting and sprouting next month.
I’m working on weight lifting. I’ve focused on what I want to do this past year and I’m going to try my best to put it into practice.
My muscles are so sore. Especially my back. I’m using a lot of different ideas I’ve gotten online and I think it’s working. I just started to use creatine yesterday. It’s supposed to help build and recover. I’ve never used it before.
The biggest drawback to the month was the stress. Things should be calm for a few weeks, at the least. I’m working on improving my HRV scores. I’m surprised how quickly you can relax by simply taking deep slow breaths. I should look up some of those breathing coaches and get some ideas to try.
